CRNE is a joint venture between Newell Recycling Equipment of United States (NRE) and China Recycling Development Corporation (CRDC) and is the manufacturing hub for all Newell Shredders and spare parts. Products offered are proven by a long history of Newell's technology while providing a very competitive price for all Newell and The Shredder Company (TSC) spare parts.
There is a saying in global shredder market, that is “The Scrap Shredder is Newell, Newell is the Scrap Shredder”.
In 1959, Newell invented the world's first scrap shredder, and continuously improved and optimised its system. It’s design is practical, simple, and cost efficient.
The smart shredding system (SSS) was developed from years' of research and development by Newell. The main body of shredder is robust with reliable and modular component design. With a service life that can exceed 20 years, more than 800 sets of large shredder systems in the world’s nearly 1,000 sets were supplied by Newell. The shredders manufactured by adopting Newell technology occupy 78% (according to the statistics of the world scrap shredder association), which is the great recognition for Newell brand from the shredder industry.
It adopts the world's leading technology in scrap shredding, and mainly produces scrap shredder production line of 500-11000HP. The highest average capacity is up to 400 tons/hour with low operating cost.

Double Shaft Pre-Shredder
The double shaft pre-shredder is composed of main rotor shaft, auxiliary rotor shaft, driving device, body support frame, hydraulic power unit, and electrical control.
The main rotor is driven by the motor reducer, and the auxiliary rotor is driven by the servo motor, which are controlled independently of each other. The auxiliary rotor can realize positive and negative rotation, the material after being pre-shredded can meet the requirements of entering the shredder.
